1. Warranty Coverage

Composite and Aluminium Products

Verra Outdoors offers a Lifetime Warranty on all composite and aluminium products. This warranty covers:

• Structural integrity
• Cracking, splitting, or warping
• Manufacturing defects

Mechanical and Moving Parts

Verra Outdoors offers a 2 year Warranty on all non-aluminium products. This warranty covers:

• Structural integrity
• Cracking, splitting, or warping
• Manufacturing defects
• Siezing

Electrical Products

Verra Outdoors provides a 1-Year Warranty on all electrical products. This warranty covers:

• Electrical faults and failures
• Manufacturing defects
• Non-operational components due to design flaws

Note: For both composite and electrical products, this warranty applies under normal use and proper maintenance as per our guidelines.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
• Damage resulting from acts of nature (e.g., storms, floods, earthquakes, or other extreme weather events).
• Modifications, repairs, or installations not authorised or performed by Verra Outdoors or its approved contractors.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning agents, maintenance practices, or exposure to chemicals not approved for use on the product.
• Products purchased during warehouse clearance events, which are sold “as seen” and without warranty coverage.

Additional Exclusions:

• Fading or changes in appearance due to long-term exposure to environmental factors not exceeding industry standards.
• Any damage caused by transportation, storage, or handling after delivery to the customer.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email at help@verraoutdoors.com (please verify email address).
2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) and photos clearly showing the defect.
3. Submit a detailed description of the issue and any supporting documentation.

Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

• Pre-unpackaging Claims: Claims for damages noticed prior to unpackaging must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the goods to be eligible.
  

4. Important Notes

• Labour & Fees: Warranty claims apply only to the product itself and do not cover installation or labour fees.
• Replacement Period: Replacement parts or products provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
• Inspection: Verra Outdoors reserves the right to inspect the product and require additional documentation before processing any warranty claim.
• Compliance: Customers must follow Verra Outdoors’s installation and maintenance guidelines to maintain warranty validity.
  

5. Limitation of Liability

Verra Outdoors’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, as determined at our discretion. We are not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, labour costs, or other related expenses.
• Any claims beyond the value of the original purchase price.

6. Special Provisions for Bespoke Products

Products made to bespoke specifications are subject to the same warranty terms as standard products. However, due to their custom nature:

• Claims related to bespoke designs must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Slight variations in colour, size, or design that fall within acceptable production tolerances are not considered defects.
