5. Quotations

• Are subject to manufacturing availability.
• Are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Do not constitute a binding contract until accepted and confirmed by Verra Outdoors.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw quotations prior to order acceptance.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

An order submitted through our website or sales team constitutes an offer to purchase products.

A contract is only formed when:

• Payment has been authorised (where applicable); and
• Verra Outdoors issues written order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order including where:

• Products are unavailable.
• Pricing errors have occurred.
• Fraud is suspected.
• Delivery restrictions apply.
• Payment cannot be verified.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£).

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are calculated separately.
• Prices may be amended without notice before order acceptance.

Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

8. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative credit arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Verra Outdoors currently delivers throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Whilst we aim to meet estimated delivery schedules, we shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Supply chain disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Customs clearance
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Time shall not be of the essence in relation to delivery.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

Any issues relating to:

• Transit damage
• Missing products
• Incorrect products
• Visible defects

should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Supporting photographs may be required.

11. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Where applicable, consumers may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

12. Custom & Made-To-Order Products

The following products are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced:

• Bespoke gates
• Custom-sized systems
• Special order RAL colours
• Made-to-order screens
• Custom fabrication projects
• Products manufactured to customer specifications

Unless:

• The product is defective;
• The product was supplied incorrectly; or
• The product has been damaged in transit.

13. Returns

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Return approval must be obtained before goods are returned.

14. Warranty

Verra Outdoors provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation
• Improper maintenance
• Accidental damage
• Impact damage
• Product misuse
• Alterations or modifications
• Chemical damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Normal weathering
• Minor colour variation
• Environmental exposure beyond normal operating conditions

15. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:

• Correctly measured before ordering
• Installed appropriately
• Installed in accordance with any supplied guidance
• Installed using suitable methods and fixings

Verra Outdoors accepts no responsibility for losses arising from incorrect installation.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

16. Coastal & Environmental Conditions

Products installed in:

• Coastal locations
• Industrial environments
• High pollution areas
• Areas exposed to chemicals or salt spray

may require increased maintenance.

Environmental exposure may accelerate wear and is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.

17. Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are available to approved businesses including:

• Landscapers
• Builders
• Contractors
• Architects
• Developers
• Commercial purchasers

Verra Outdoors reserves the right to approve, suspend, or withdraw trade account privileges at its discretion.

Trade pricing, discounts, and credit arrangements may be subject to separate terms.

18. Intellectual Property
